We have been over this.
It's a modernized SPAAG with radar that picks up the drone and gives it's location to targetting computer. Computer spuns the gun around and laser rangefindes it. Then it will program airburst ammo to blow up a few meters before the drone, sending shrapnell cloud to basically bird-shot the drone.

Also the SPAAG comes with EW countermeasures against the drone.
