PRT anxiety. Help!!

Haven't taken a PRT in three years due to a crazy deployment schedule, and to be quite honest, I haven't been working out like I should. Put on 5 pounds since my weigh in for the last one. Weighed in for this one at 6'0'', 174.

Ran a mock today and did 65 pushups, a 2 minute plank and an 11:30 run. Male, 20-24 age bracket. I guess I'm just worried about my body freezing up on game day. Advice?

Your mock scores are fine and your measurements are fine. What's the problem? What's the anxiety?
If you hadn't done a mock, or blown the mock, there'd have been reason to be concerned.

Twisting an ankle, etc.
