The biggest problem is it interferes with waist belts. So you try to raise the rig up above the belt and in between the straps. But that severely restricts arm movement. And then its so high and you're pulling the two halves together to the max so it's basically just a big stupid micro chest rig. Even if you didn't have a waist belt ie ALICE it's not really good. What it really needs is load lifters that pull it up onto your pack and suspend it there like an HPG kit bag.
