Russian AD systems being crap should supprise no one, years ago Syria accidently shut down all the Russian land and ship based AD systems in Tartus when they tried out a North Korean jamming system that they had mounted on a helicopter. It was probably a relatively unsophisticated multiband screamer but still, alleged 'best phased array radar on earth' and 'world's best EW' should not have those problems, especially since they were almost certianly participating in the test and knew it was about to happen.
