I bet if you did a statistical analysis of people who conceal carry, you'd find that a tiny minority of people exclusively carry full size handguns when they conceal, and obviously the number of people within that group that only IWB carry would be smaller. Most people compromise in one way or another via carry method (shoulder carry, off-body carry), carrying smaller guns from time to time, etc. Why? Because it's impractical, uncomfortable
