Why do bongs have such an inferiority complex about their guns?
>>
Buy an ad, Mike.

With their empire fallen historical revisionism is the only thing they have left. Lindybeige is another textbook example.

>bongs
The funniest part is that bloke isn't even technically british, he immigrated to Switzerland hence why he's allowed to own and shoot so many guns in the first place. Hell, even britishmuzzleloaders is canadian.
>>
They simply cannot be content that it has a larger magazine and smoother bolt the British desire for victory is insatiable
>>
>>62541928
>flinches every single shot
Poor marksmanship fundamentals.
Just a race for second place anyways, the 1903, especially the national match varieties, absolutely crush both for accuracy.
Add a PJ O'Hare or Lyman micrometer and they were one of the few rifles of the time that printed moa or better.
The US built a terrible battle rifle and an exception range rifle, but boy do they punch paper.
The only thing Mauser has over it is a stronger action, and the Enfield a smoother and faster bolt.
>>
The Enfield (SMLE/No4) will will shoot well, (absurdly well if you let it) but it takes work. A good M1903, will always be a good M1903.
>>
>>62541928
Because their guns suck and always sucked.
>inb4 muh WWII LMG
I'll never understand the fixation on that when GPMGs were already a thing and better at the LMG job as well because they could take belts and 50 round drums.
>>
>>62543672
The BREN shoots no better than the M1918, given ammo of similar quality and a shooter of similar training.
>>
They are a nation of has beens clinging to the notion that they’re still a world power. In reality they were never a land power and their arms are usually sub par compared to their peers.

he looks anglo as fuck still

anon think about that for a moment

If any of you remember the ThatGuyWithTheGlasses site and community this dude reminds me of that one fucker, Filmbrain.
He's always trying to get in some other gun youtuber's vids or get himself shouted out by them but he has zero charisma or redeeming qualities. Him latching onto Ian McCollum is the exact same shit as Filmbrain excessively 'collaborating' with the Nostalgia Critic.
Vids are boring, information is dull, presentation is low effort. Dude is just a goddamn putz.

Which one's heavier?

Why are you bringing up a Czech gun while talking about British guns?

What's the English national dish, anon?

the only milsurp here i see on the first three places in competitions are:
6.5mm swed mausers
7mm south american mausers
schmidt rubins
sometimes finn nagants

hell no Enfield and surely no carbine like a m1903, sorry not possible

It's just a matter of one having peep sights and the other not. Receiver-mounted peeps are the fastest and most accurate iron sighting system.

It's a real shame that the worst sights ever, ever, ever invented, buckhorn sights, brainwashed generations of hunters into believing they need a scope to shoot something at 100 yards. What's especially stupid is that 99% of historical lever actions have a simple v-notch, many with ladders, because buckhorns are fucking shit and so basically no-one used them.

as far as bong guntubers go, bloke is a poor mans armorers bench. theyre both smelly anglos, but bench uses footage of the topic, heavily edits for brevity and doesnt show his face, which I think everybody would prefer over seeing the mug of some bald glasses guy..

I've always preferred aperture over notch and post sights. I don't get why aperture sights aren't the standard on all rifles.

>would prefer over seeing the mug of some bald glasses guy
You don't need to be attracted to every male e-celeb you watch, you fucking faggot.
>>
>>62545720
easier to put a notch sight if you can't get the peep far enough back

They shoot much the same, but the higher magazine capacity and ability to change barrels on the Bren tells you they were designed for different roles. The BAR is the more enduring design though, the Belgians flipped it upside down, gave it the ability to feed from belts, change barrels, and the FN MAG is still trucking.
>>
the enfield was only used due to the price, the british tried to switch to the 1914 enfield pattern but ww1 put a stop to it, the SMLE is by no means a bad gun, it's a 'good enough' rifle
