What problems do people have with the Tornado-S? It reloads slower than HIMARS but it also fires rockets with a range of 200 km. I've never heard of a Tornado-S being destroyed or even watched by an observation drone.

It's never hit its intended target either

there's plenty of videos of it direct on target. one himars too.

Because they're barely ever used.
>>62888271
Post them all, and prove each one of them is a Tornado-S.

Shooting at a city and then declaring that city was the target does not count.

I've never heard of your mom's ass being destroyed or even watched by a horse cock, but that doesn't mean I am not 100% certain that it has occured.

Ftfy.
The new GMLRS-ER will do 150km.

Here’s my opinion on the Tornado-S:
1. They only shoot one or two rockets at a target — why? Super low production rate?
2. Accuracy isn’t good enough for 1-2 rockets, they should be shooting the entire magazine for a high change of direct hits.
3. Submunition warheads appear to be trash.
Why is the accuracy so inferior compared to un-jammed GMLRS rockets from HIMARS? Im sure the Ukies are trying to gam GLONASS too but GLONASS is reportedly much tougher against jamming then GPS is. Is it jamming in conjunction with the crappy GLONASS modules shoved into the rocket body? Inferior flight control not able to follow navigation updates? Why is submunition release so apparently bad? Warhead mechanism going out of spec from shock / inertia? Doing the basic calculations for a desired bursting pattern should be well within their capability so something else must be the issue.

Should have bought Chinese 300mm GMLRS rounds

Some of the rockets like 9M544 have a range of 200 km.

the HIMARS is meant to be cheap, fast, maneuverable spammable tactical missile, it's funny that it became some kind of wuderwaffle in this conflict

Long range fire is a matter of manufacturing precision and quality control, two things Russia is generally terrible at
