Dumped an entire bottle of mineral spirits on everything and poured some down the bore as well. Scrubbed and wiped all the cosmoline off, let it dry, then used wet wipes to clean off any residue. The firing pin retainer in the bolt was stuck bad, even after soaking for two hours i bent a punch trying to get it out (successfully). Soaked all the bolt parts in a tub of fresh mineral spirits, then cleaned as above. Gas tube and trigger group were pretty clean so just wiped down with wet wipes. The stock i left in front of the space heater for two hours, turning over and wiping down regularly. Put everything back together and lubricated the bolt/carrier assembly with Ballistol. Gun works flawlessly.
