Make it through BCT because if they find out you are autistic while you are in service then it is more likely that you will end up staying in anyway.

To me it seems you don't have to make and own the same decisions as the officer counterpart, I think this applies most like at 1stSgt/Co. Commander level or SgtMaj to BC level. Instead you advise the CO/back him up where you can, and do your best for yourself and your guys.
