We are all fighting the same people. They wear many faces. Their only effective attack is to make their opponents fight each other. Before you attack someone, genuinely ask yourself this question: 'Is this necessary and is there any other way to handle this situation?'.

Agitate the replacements into acting more
brazenly kinetic.

The Indian extortion nonsense and tow truck wars have already gotten out of hand, if there were ways to false flag certain events or actions it could result in the government doing an even more laughably terrible job at maintaining order. If there were to be straight up ethnic warfare between Sikhs and Hindus that would be hilarious while also reflecting poorly on the Canadian government and their inability to contain it.

Yank here. When I custom ordered my Robinson XCR-L back in 2020, the longest barrel they offered was 18.6". My understanding is that this was because of some element of Canadian gun law, since the Robinson XCR was at some point a popular rifle for Canadian gun owners, but I'm not sure about the details. Is 18.6" the minimum barrel length to avoid being a SBR in Canada, or is it something else?
>>
>>64848649
Its actually 18.5" but because of the fact that if you make a barrel 18.5" some horse fucker will come in with a measuring tape and say "erm aktshually this is 18.499 inches" so everyone usually just makes them 18.6". Anything under 18.5" for a semi automatic rifle would classify it as a restricted firearm and require a different license and registration. Of course you could always buy a firearm with a non restricted barrel length and then buy the restricted barrel length after but that would be illegal and we don't do that here wink wink.

Public Safety Canada admits less than 749 guns declared over 2 weeks as

On January 26th Public Safety Canada declared that 22,251 guns had been declared. On February 7th they stated that "More than 22k" had been declared which highlights that they have not got 23,000 declarations. Thus they have had less than 749 guns declared in 2 weeks.

There are only 100k ARs in Canada. We keep this up and only 30k fags would have signed up out of the millions of ban firearms.

Don’t comply

Apparently that's extremely common, they're very disoriented after the overdose and many of them suffer chronic pain (the fentanyl fold is very hard on the muscles and joints) which the drugs temporarily relieve so when you narcan them you're basically dragging them back into a world of pain.

I think we need to ban Narcan except for medical professionals to administer in a clinical environment.

Theres like people 50+ (way too old to be writing this shit) talking about how they'll die for Canada. One comment was talking about a menopausal militia. >>64848501 Ok fedboi, people totally shouldnt wear masks and expose themselves to the currupt state. As the country disintegrates more and more people get fed up and originated. Not just the Dominion Society and SSC but NS13 and tons of smaller groups everywhere, there are demos almost weekly now. Feds cant afford infiltration, what they can afford is to have agents post fedjacketing material online to discourage participation. This was shown in the COINTELPRO leaks as a cheap and effective tactic, used against the Black Panthers and other by the FBI.

Fact is SSC doesn't do anything illegal, so the feds cant do anything. A time may come where, like Australia, the feds just make any organization they dont like illegal, but that time isnt here yet, you fed faggt.

Really dont like the way they do the front iron on those things, so much bulk sitting behind the muzzle device, looks like ass.
Would prefer a low profile blade, or maybe what the tikka arctics do with the iron sitting on the threads.
Though doing the arctic iron method would mean having to choose between having an iron or having a muzz device, i really dont think muzzle devices are worth it on a scout, you are adding length (one of the least scouty things you can do to a scout) for almost no practical benefit (yeah you get some flash suppression, but scouts are primarily hunting rifles, where flash doesn't matter)

it's perfectly reasonable to be skeptical of stuff like that, and be even more skeptical of people who tell you it's totally fine and not to think about it and just click the link bro nothing will happen.

FYI you can create a tracking link in like 2 minutes that measures use, unique IDs, and even logs IPs of who visits it.

>>
>>64854587
The iron sights are meant as a back up in case your primary optic is damaged or unusable for some reason like fog. In the 80s the closest and most practical thing to mount was basically a pistol/revolver scope that had long eye relief and low to mid magnification. If LPVOs existed back then they would've been the meta. It's still good to have iron sights on any gun though, even if it's not a scout rifle.
>>
>>64854587
What about the ruger american scoots higher front post, makes it less likley to be obstructed by the optic?
If anything, that makes it more likley to cause obstruction.
Also, just QD mount your optic, nigger, you arent going to be using the irons if you have another optic, they are just there as backups.

Well, they certainly arent ELR rifles. Theyre short~ish barreled .308's with low power optics on them :\
>>
>>64854616
>optic mount is supposed to be torqued down
Sure, and if your scope is damaged why would you leave it on the rifle to block the irons and prevent you from using the gun effectively? They're back up sights.

Also should point out that modern QD mounts hold zero very well, it's a meme that they throw your zero off by a ton. Quality QD mount on a quality rail will give less than a 0.25MOA shift which is still acceptable out to several hundred yards - the most you can really push a scout.

Generally speaking the iron sights sit lower than your scope, even with the lowest profile mounts. Cowitnessing them is a thing on nu-scouts using RDS or Eotechs with magnififiers but even 90% of those sit above lower 1/3 with a stock mount.

Nice to see Anons taking an interest in Scout rifles, even if it did take banning 90% of firearms to make it happen. Hopefully the concept sticks with everyone even after Corney and his gang are gone.

>>
>>64854888

>>
>>64854888
They're almost completely unaccountable, and it's a well-known fact that judges are extremely reluctant to reverse the decisions of other judges. It's why what Smith is trying to do in Alberta has raised so much controversy, to the point where their chief justices are essentially drama posting on the court website. The entire legal system in this country is fucked beyond repair.
>>
>>64854888
Judges basically have unilateral authority to interpret and apply law as they want. There’s a /cangen/ copypasta from a lawfag that elaborates this. I’m sure one of you have it.
>>
>>64854899
To be fair, they have a point about judicial independence. The problem is that the Liberals appointed so many horrendous judges the past decade, and that is what fucked the legal system. 6 out of 9 supreme court justices are Trudeau appointed. A secondary issue is that they're forced to abide by bullshit laws and decisions like Gladue, but with a decent supreme court some of that could've been undone.

In the states its optional, in the form of health insurance, which is often included free with any decent job, or yeah you can buy your own, with the tremendously larger amount of disposable income you will have, thanks to lower taxes.

>Guy who took one or two law-related classes
Yeah so basically 90% of canadians laws are purposely built with a wide fucking grey zone. On top of this, most laws use the standard of "reasonable person" (what is reasonable? What would a "reasonable person" do? Its completely fucking unclear until a judge decides). And even more on top, Canada has the common law system (supremely gay, I hate britbongs) which is that law is just made of up 100's of past judges decisions built on top of one and other. The only thing that reverses these decisions are either higher judges or new laws.
because of the massive fucking grey zone, and the fact that judges can decide what parts of common law they actually care about, or handwaive away previous judge decisions by saying its "not applicable", this all-and-all gives judges a shit ton of authority into what is illegal and what isnt.
>>64854888
Since judges arent even elected but appointed. The only that thing that holds a judge accountable are courts of appeals (to which judges can just say no lol to) or the feds (which were the ones that gave them the power in the first place)

>Health insurance
>free with any decent jobs

There must be a scarcity of decent jobs, the typical situation will have you paying several hundred a month. You also need to pay a certain amount out of pocket before health insurance will kick in. The US health care system is as fractured as the Canadian one, but for different reasons. Also, the fact that health insurance is tied into people’s work means that individuals will often stay with the most soul crushing jobs imaginable in order to avoid having to experience the soul crushing indignity of going on COBRA. Then every year, employers will often shift insurance, creating a whole slew of red tape. The American health insurance system basically exists to just extract as much money as it can from its “customers”. For those who join the military, yes they get the VA, but I have not heard anything good about the VA from the vet bros I know.

American health care is the costliest in the world and has probably some of the worst results of anywhere in the developed world, though a lot of that is due to dietary and lifestyle choices. My wife works in that field, I am actually taking A&P classes right now.

I actually miss the colder Canadian weather to be honest.

Maybe the government of Canada shouldn’t have brought in millions of Indians while neglecting infrastructure and passing policies that are detrimental to Canadians, at the expense of Western Canadians in particular? The attacks on legal firearms ownership are just one factor in the overall destruction of our traditional ways of life. Firearms ownership is a cultural folkway among people from the Anglosphere and Northern Europe in general.

Also, it’s not like all fiat currency isn’t intrinsically worthless, firearms & precious metals are not worthless, land is not worthless, those things have more value than money does.

If a Canadian ex pat was concerned solely with money they would move to Dubai or Shanghai, Singapore or London.

Shut the fuck up.
American health care is unironically 10x better than what we've got here. Case in point: My kid, at 2 years old had a high fever, was crying constantly and tugging at her ears; I waited for 12 hours in the emergency room, was told to give her tylenol and go home.
I went to a walk in the next day. Told the same thing. Nobody would listen that there was something wrong with my kid.
So I go home, purchase blue cross medical insurance for $60, drive to the US (we had a family trip planned, anyway). Right across the border I walk into an urgent care. I'm told "sorry, we're short-staffed, it'll be a longer wait than usual."
I wait for 20 minutes, before I see A FUCKING PEDIATRICIAN with my child. She takes one look in her ears, tells me "yep, she has a double ear infection." They do a scan, get her first dose of antibiotics into her, and within an hour I was walking out of there with a detailed scan of her ears, a full weeks worth of antibiotics (which cost me $14 from their pharmacy), and she was fine within a day.
We got a call back from the pediatrician (for reference, to see a pediatrician in Canada is like a 10 month wait), who said she's really really glad we came in, as the infection was about a day away from transfering to her BONES, which could have been deadly.
Canadian healthcare almost killed my fucking child, and I will never forgive this fucking shithole.
Guns. Guns and guns and ammo and guns. I love guns.
Guns.

But I LOVE GUNS.

I. Collection agents get shot?
II. Canadian citizens get shot?
III. Individuals not directly involved in the confiscation get killed or injured? Think small children being exposed to CS gas or concussion grenades?

>>

>Firearms ownership is a cultural folkway among people from the Anglosphere and Northern Europe in general.

liberals always try to make the argument for natives, claiming their traditional ways of hunting are threatened with certain gun control so they get exemptions.

in reality, my ancestors landed here and shot the first deer with a musket long before any native laid eyes on a gun. it wasn't until they were given guns by europeans and taught how to use them that it became a part of their hunting strategy.
>>

>>
>>64856185
Yeah I don't trust the RCMP as far as I can throw them and I question why anyone here would give a fuck about the RCMP's "legal ability" to do anything short of RCMP themselves.
The RCMP breaks the rules all the fucking time. During the worst mass shooting of our country's history they were more concerned with shooting up fire halls and hiding from their own fucking protected informant (wortman got 6-figures yearly from the horse-cops) than actually stopping the violence. They then used their failings to FRT ban things like the ATRS.
The RCMP DOES NOT CARE THAT WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS NOT LEGAL. THEY DO NOT CARE.
They are fucking evil.
Don't ask them about the pig farms...

But then you go on to literally do that, saying it's incredibly unlikely that an organization that has, historically, been filled with violent psychopaths infringing on rights without a second thought will not continue, with no proof or argument as to why, to be filled with violent psychopaths bent on infringing rights.
Never forget, these people are wife beating drunkards who never see actual discipline, just "internal" discipline.

Literally no one ITT has ever suggested violence as a way of addressing this gun ban nonsense. You come out of nowhere and start throwing around ideas of cops and civilians getting shot. It's pretty clear that I'm being rational here while you're pushing a different angle. Not going to argue with you about it either.

Strategy is to do nothing. Always has been. Ball is in their court.

No, i didn't. That was a different anon. I at no point said that, and have only replied to your downplaying of the RCMPs track record, which you at no point have made a compelling counterargument towards.

Cope. At no point have you actually proffered an argument. You basically just crossed your arms and said "nuh-uh!"

Some hypotheticals

The authorities go to gun owners home, they employ a kinetic and fast entry, the individual being raided with the belief that he is being home invaded opens fire on the officers and kills one of them.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Basil_Parasiris

Officers attempting to execute a warrant get slotted by a pot grower hiding in a quanset armed with a .308 battle rifle.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mayerthorpe_tragedy

Authorities perform a raid, end up shooting the person they are performing the search on.

https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/hamilton/rodger-kotanko-mystery-customer-witness-police-raid-1.6977476

If you want more instances of misconduct there are many, the RCMP planted bombs to frame individuals

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wiebo_Ludwig

Now this is not to say that Every RCMP officer engages in misconduct, but if you take into account the scale of the gun confiscation, with how many firearms and individuals are effected it is only a logical conclusion that people are going to get hurt to killed.

Ask yourself, is enforcing a law so important that people need to possibly die in order for it to be enforced? Is a policy decision put forth by government so crucial that Canadian citizens lives and personal safety and security in their homes needs to be jeopardized?

That is a slippery slope, one which when a government crosses it they in effect lose the Mandate of Heaven. The Canadian government lost the Mandate of Heaven a long time ago. Going after legal firearms owners when they literally allow murderers and rapists to get conditional sentences is another example of the Canadian government losing the Mandate of Heaven.

Anyone who would willingly trade any amount of freedom for security, or more realistically security theatre likely never deserved that freedom to begin with. If you think that this situation will not result in violence or death you have betrayed your ignorance of history as well as basic human nature.
>>
>>64856229
I recall when they lost a grenade launcher somewhere in BC, a civilian ended up finding it.

Also, whose to say that their diversity hires(either CAF, RCMP or “civil servants” will not lose these confiscated firearms and somehow they end up in the possession of ethnic crime groups?

The fact that there are so many diversity hires in those organizations should be concerning.

Here are another few horror healthcare stories for you. Someone I know almost went blind waiting for care, he finally got a specialist, was told that it was natural vision loss and there was nothing they could do, he flew to the States, paid out of pocket to be treated immediately, and it saved his vision. Otherwise he would be blind today.
Someone else: pancreatic failure, told it was gas or chlamydia, sent home, almost died some from sepsis.
Someone else: acute appendicitis, told it was gas, sent home, it ruptured at home, he went back and had an emergency appendectomy after driving himself to the hospital with it burst in his abdomen, almost died in emergency and ended up getting flushed out with a hose on the OR table. They screwed up his post-care and he ended up in the hospital for days while they tried to figure out if they left a tool inside of him.
Someone else: PTSD, VAC offers MAID. Like a dozen plus guys same story.
Myself: my son fell off of a tractor and hurt his arm, bring him in for an xray, turns out to be a bad sprain. Dr comes in to look at him, first thing he asks me is "where did he get all of those burns?", I explain he was there for his arm, the triage nurse heard "he fell on his bum" and it turned into "he has full body burns". Somehow the fact that he obviously didn't have full body burns escaped her attention.

> A log prepared by the Office of the Privacy Commissioner, obtained under access to information legislation, shows that the breach affecting 2.2 million people was reported by the RCMP in September 2021. The breach was caused by “cyber incident malware” and resulted in “unauthorized access.”

>Report warns federal gun buyback gives ammunition to extremists In an email to the IJF, the RCMP explained that it was first notified on March 17, 2021, by “a third-party company that provided some mailing services” that the company “had been the victim of a ransomware attack.” Shortly thereafter, “the Canadian Firearms Program was identified as being a client of the impacted third-party service provider.”

> Klein said that “good criminals don't leave clues or bread crumbs; they cover their tracks making it almost impossible to know exactly what they had access to and what they stole.” He added that “it's impossible to keep logs of every single incident within a large IT infrastructure. … There are other reasons why it's sometimes impossible to say if data was actually taken, but those two are quite common.”

So the entire PAL registry was copied. And this incompetent CUNTS think I’m going to tell them specifically what shit I own. Get all the way fucked
>>
Remember, the government is completely incompetent and impotent, has no way to know who owns what, and has neither the money, manpower, willpower, public consent or organizational capability to enforce any of their tyrannical laws. Anyone posting about cops busting down doors and seizing people off the street is trying to sow fear in order to get people to comply, none of that will ever actually happen. nu-PALs won't remember this, but the old Long Gun Registry was hacked dozens of times in the early days. it was also suggested the original Restricted registry was hacked at the same time, since they all existed in the same servers and framework. likely criminals have already gotten shopping lists of everyones' guns long ago. not that it's a good thing, but it just goes to show why registering firearms with a single entity is such a bad idea - all that info is centralized and it's one stop shopping for data thieves.

BC provincial cops are the RCMP so they'll have taken control of the investigation from the start. It's a hyper-politicised organisation so they're likely taking direct orders from Ottawa on how to shape the narrative.

Also all government employees in Canada act like the general public are retarded serfs so this is just natural behaviour for them.

True but it goes to weirdly patronising levels. For example there was a minor commuter train derailment in Toronto last week that for several hours was officially described as a "signals issue" because the transit company was afraid people would panic at the word "derailment" even though everyone in the city could see a train stuck in the middle of a multi-track drift right in front of Union station.

If that kind of sentiment came from a place of superiority it would be understandable, but the reality is that the people in charge are just as retarded as the people they rule over, if not more.
