poor girl needs a speed loader. on that note, do you use a speed loader, /hg/?i am of poor strength and quite impatient so i have a few myself :(
no speed loaders, no speed shots, all bullseyes. Good to go?>>65144475god that is painful. I can't imagine a range trip without at least one full magdump
>>65144481Burt and many other trannies ITT got mad when I call them all faggots for using them, I can load 200 rounds and not get tired. If you are old like hickok45, it's ok, but as a normal healthy young MALE shooter you don't need them.
>people dont know how to remove carbon from their lights from high round range tripsYou fuckers are ngmi
>>65144481I don't use one because I can't load, I use one because my thumb joints start to ache after a while and I don't want to give myself early onset arthritis.
What are your thoughts on 3D printed handguns?
Just take the light off before the range.
>>65144739Mostly a novelty. Seems like a fun exercise in CAD design if you're a fan of making weird stuff.
>>65144748>Mostly a noveltyHow so?
noob here searching for my first gun in a limited and overpriced market... I love the look of this Tanfoglio 9mm and it's over half the price of 92FSs. I read it's all steel, made in Italy, based on the CZ-75 and I've heard good things about Tanfoglio from sports shooters. So what's the catch? Why is the 92FS so much more expensive?
>>65144753I meant less than half the price*need coffee
>>651447493D printed plastics/resins aren't quite there yet when it comes to structural strength. Its great for things like FPV drone parts but a gun puts a lot of strain on the plastic.
>>65144763The right plastic printed with the right settings will handle thousands of rounds. 22lr, though.
>>65144767Which is where we go back to novelty. Maybe if you needed to 3D print yourself a survival 22lr to hunt squirrels with I could see a point.
>>65144769You don't like 22lr? Do you have a small penis or something?
>>65144770Why are you getting emotional over 22lr being a novelty?
>>65144771I'm not. I just don't find 22lr to be a novelty round. 4mm Flobert is a novelty round, 22 short is a novelty round, 22lr is however plenty lethal, cheap as dirt, and nice to shoot.
>>65144753let me guess, you are from a country in the southern tip of the world?
>>65144773I still wouldn't trust my life to a 3D printed rimfire outside of a survival situation.
>>65144753Just get a fucking used 92 and throw a g type innit unless you have manlet handsYou clearly already want one, don't be a retard and cheap out for something you don't actually like. That is rule 1 of buying guns.
>>65144753>Why is the 92FS so much more expensive?Because you don't live in the US lmao
>>65144481I thought you meant for revolvers at first. No I don’t use them. One time at the range the guy next to me insisted I try one because he watched me load like 300 rounds by hand. It was actually very nice and changed my opinion of them. I still never bought one for myself though. But I don’t judge people who use them anymore.
>>65144789none going for under $3k. I might just save up but I want to cut myself seeing US prices. I do love that pistol...>>65144804still seems like too big a difference in price but I guess 92s are collectors items here
>>65144753>So what's the catch? Why is the 92FS so much more expensive? The catch is that it's not a berretta 92 clone it's a cz 75 clone. The good news is it's better than the cz 75 from the machining to the slide serrations to the trigger. Tisas can sell 1911s with all forged parts for $350, tanfoglio can sell their pistols for $500. And neither is any worse of a pistol for it
luv me beretta. simple as
>>65144835The CZ75 is a better pistol than the Tanfoglio basic model. Fit and finish on the basic CZ75 just feels way better to me. The Tanfoglio competition pistols however are superior.
>>65144739Innovation goes against the Will of the Omnissiah
>>65144814>$3k for a 92It's not even a $300 gun tbqhwy. People who haven't experienced old world craftsmanship like to nut hug it because it's the first time they've touched something other than their phone. It's truly nothing special, I've held sockets that felt better in the hand.Tangfolio is also a miss. It's a good gun for competition if you NEED to shoot a cz75 but any modern polymer gun will blow the doors off these old timers in terms of quality.Id unironically join the modern age with a Five-seveN or similar offering in 5.7 NATO. If you want something that is actually premium and metal you should pick up a S&W model 10 or Ruger Single Six offering.
>>65144481Can someone recommend a speed loader for double-stack mags? The only ones I find in stores are Made in Israel.
>>65144917https://www.ebay.com/itm/235468803023Some anon recommend this to me. I have one on order.
>>65144917>>65144935Its a shame that there's not a solid US made one, its sheet metal and injection molded plastic. The Uplula one does feel solid but I can see why its 40 dollars now.
>>65144878Unless you're Cawl.
>>65144753Just make sure that it's the steel framed version before you buy and not the polymer framed version. Also tanfoglio just started factory optics cuts in the last few years so I would research the status of that and if you can get a gun optic cut in your country for future proofing. (If not there's always dovetail mounts)
>>65144475Around 900 eurobucks brandnew for picrel. Worth it ? Only 10 9mil rounds per mag tho. The rest of Tanfoglio lineup is fugly imo. I already own Glock and USP. The thing I want is a 9mil chrome/silver tradition all steel handgun, but my beloved Beretta 92 Brigadier with straight dust cover goes for +2000 eurobucks. I know 1911 is supposed to be chambered in .45, but outside 9x19 and .22, everything is "shoot it every two years at best" cost here and now. So 9x19 and .22 for me it is.
why do you all hate Glocks so much, Gaston was a clever man
>>65144872I remember when i finger fucked em side by side the tanfoglio's slide serrations were far better machined and also ergomically. That may sound like nit picking but the slide is so low profile and small it was difficult to get a good purchase on the CZ's slide serrations compared to the tanfoglio which had bigger, wider cuts that were better machined instead of the CZ's many small cuts. That being said it's been over 2 years since I handled them side by side and I couldn't tell you what model the tanfoglio was.>>65145009Absolutely worth it, thats a good deal for a good stainless 1911 even in America.
>>65144935You got trolled by anon into buying some piece of chinese shit because of your retarded intransigence about the only worthwhile speed loader on the market and before you have even used the piece of shit to learn how shit it is you are shilling it to someone else? Explain your malfunction.
