for me its cz shadow 2 carryt. european
>>65367852We don't like your kind here
>>65367852Without being orange or blue, the CZ Shadow 2 kind of loses some aura. Now it's just black polymer handgun
>>65367895frame and grips are aluminium on this modelalso i got the blue grips in my safe, i just hate the colormake it look like some old sneakers
>>65367902I know that feel. I think the same about my PX4. I love the gun but the logo is a little sneaker-y
>>65367852Isnt it metal
I took my family shooting and didn't spill my spaghetti. Mom even shot .357 magnum and got a few shots in a fist sized group and she hasn't shot a gun since before I was born. Nice weather too.
>>65367828I got that one in my recommended today
>>65367895>Now it's just black polymer handgunExcept it's not polymer at all, sooo....

should I buy extra springs, pins and spare parts the same day i buy a new gun?or should i wait until the parts are worn before ordering new
>>65367951No.Yes.Buy a case of ammo.Shoot said case of ammo.Have fun. That is not optional.
>>65367852>>65365903Answer my question, you faggot.
>>65368114the shadow 2 is more expensive and a more competitive versionits slightly better in every way but much more expensivebut a p01 is more valuealso got a compact version which has a significantly better trigger
Talk me out of a flux for my 365. I want to be retarded for a few moments and carry it since they have holsters
>>65367998>devil digits on the mini walther neat
>>65368131Thank you. I think I'll get a P-01 and cajunize it.
>>65368141ah, if you compare a cajunized p01 its gonna be similar to a shadow 2 carry, however youre gonna end up doing a lot of workyou might as well skip it and just get the carry insteador do the math on how much each of them would costalso look into the shadow 2 compact, it has a better trigger but no firing pin block, and a manual safety instead of a decockeralso the sights are different on compact and carry, the compact has better adjustable sights, carry is fixed. however the carry doesn't require adapter plates for optics but the compact does
>>65368132Its going to be an expensive meme over a dedicated PCC if you want to be accurate past 100 feet.
>>65367998How you like those chips Burt? I've been wanting to try them. Also, should I inquire more about this and maybe bite? >>65367807
>>65368202Sexo! Man I need to get me a 1911.
I want the Kahr royal flush, an MK40, MK9 and K9.
I noticed that most of my guns have plastic guide rods. Does adding a metal one do anything for it?
>>65368263yeah
Aside from cost, is there any reason to get a Shield Plus over an HK CC9? I like the CC9 more (still need to handle it) but the plus would be a direct upgrade for me though I've heard some have a wonky optics cut that I wouldn't want to deal with. Does that affect all of them or what? Also, did Burt ever get the ebay sight pusher?
>>65368184I won't buy them again but dont let that stop you>>65368263It increases your debt
>>65368263Should make it a little heavier but usually no, it doesn't do anything that matters. Only time I've considered getting one was for my M9 to make it 100% clone correct but uh, I sorta just didn't get one because I don't care
>>65368269I hate how the CC9 feels, has a Glock like grip angle with the default backstrap. Hated it. Try the S&W CSX
>>65368269The Shield Plus doesn't look like a Taurus
>>65368172Fair I suppose. I do really want a TP9 but I hear they have terrible issues. I may wait for the MP7
>>65368325Check the new Keltec
>>65368334They kinda fucked up by not having QD spots on it. And the brace which I'm guessing is proprietary so you can't swap it out
Thinking about entering a pistol match or something now that I got a contract that im not on every weekend. Those of yall who shoot matches, how do I start? I remember trying to find one in Detroit and they all were a much bigger commitment than I can make only being in one area for abour 3 months (need a yearly due, yearly range cleanup volunteer hours ect) was that an outlier or is this not something I can do with my weird lifestyle?
>>65367828Awful handling, I now feel the need to go out with my P226
>>65368369I've thought about it too, or at least do clay shooting
>>65367828That's a man
>>65368369look for action shooting and steel challenge matches or just steel shoots, steel challenge is the easiest to get into. bare minimum is literally a gun and 4 magazines.action shooting international is a casual friendly version of USPSA and IDPA. designed to be less competition and more practical defensive style shooting, low barrier for entry

eurofag herepicrel is unfortunately all I have.Shit's so unreliable no wonder it was discontinued after a few years. Still fun tho.>>65367852did you try the P09 nocturne, how does it compare?Next handgun will be my final one due to retarded laws. Am looking for something with an external hammer, decocker and barrel change option to 22. The P09 was the only thing I could find where I can more or less be sure that spare parts will be available decades later.
>>65367828The fuck is that? Why is he advertising his youtube channel?
>>65368406They can't afford new chromosomes. They'll be men forever, no matter what
>>65368423i havent tried the p09i generally prefer compact versions of guns, the full sized ones feel too big, but they work well
>>65367828Why post this?
>>65368302CSX was a strong consideration til I stuck a pistol with a similar beavertail in my waistband and bent over.>>65368304It looks more like a PPS to me. They both even have grip patterns that remind me of old school barbie pubes.I want a larger sub compact that I can conceal but also something to have fun around with. Maybe I should stick to my current Shield and get a range toy.

>>65368423That sucks, mine works great. Are you seating the magazine fully? Sometimes I find I don't get them fully clicked in because the mag release gets in the way. Also how many different types of ammo have you tried? Also what exactly are the malfunctions?

>>65368423>>65368702Also what the heck is that thing sticking down from the magwell? Magazine disconnect? Mine doesn't have that
>>65368731Production capacity certainly didn't go into the mags. Look at those prices before you buy one.
>>65368702Surprising, didn't expect anyone else to own one. In my case the first 50-100 shots after cleaning work fine and then all kinds of fucky stuff starts happening. Casings get stuck and I have to fiddle it out with a knife. The bolt carrier doesn't fully go into battery and has to be forced. After the last shot the magazine ejects itself and jumps out by a few mm. Feeding the first bullet doesn't work and I need to play around with the bolt so it aligns properly in the mag and gets fed. When loading a considerable resistance can be felt and ammo has to be manually pushed into the chamber. Other times the primer doesn't ignite. Tried the three most common types of ammo around here, settled for CCI Blazer as it allowed me to at least have some fun before the trouble starts.I tried screwing the charging handles in less tight but that helped little if at all. Most likely I just don't clean it properly, never had it disassembled completely. I only remove the casing and bolt carrier, cover everything in oil, scrub and dry. Light coat of oil on the barrel and bolt carrier. That's what the manual states but I guess that's not enough. I tried taking out the roller pin fixing the firing pin for cleaning but couldn't get it out. After how many shots does yours start to show any of those issues if at all? Any tips on how to clean / oil it properly?
>>65368753I don't understand what you're referring to. There's only the extended mag release and the spring loaded piston that pushes out the mag. I can find both of them in your pic.
>>65368269Shield plus has a much better trigger. Cc9 has slightly better recoil control. They are essentially the same physical dimensions. Shield has that grittier feel on the grip and cause some discomfort if you carry it close to the skin. Shield mags are cheaper and you can even find the package deal right now that comes with a range bag and 6 mags for the same price as the base model with just 3 mags. I love my shield plus but I don't carry it as much as even my g19. My cc9 sits in my desk drawer longing for the day that I remember it is there before I go to work. You might also consider the sigger 365X which is roughly equivalent to the cc9 and shield plus
>>65368790It sounds like there's a serious dimensional problem with the chamber. You're describing classic chamber face deformation which is common in some models of .22 when dry firing excessively, but the SP22 has a design that should prevent that from happening at all (pic related, the top half of the firing pin tip impacts the breech face well above the chamber). In those susceptible designs, a burr can get pushed down into the chamber opening and it will grab brass going in and coming out, causing almost all of the problems you laid out. But I can't believe that's happening unless the gun is damaged. Can you take a pic of the breech face like pic related?I have cleaned the gun twice but I don't shoot it that much. Cleaning shouldn't be an issue, the only place I see cleaning help my .22s is after a few hundred rounds of suppressor use, and only on a select few guns. I have never had any of those problems.
>>65368802This thing. My gun does not have this thing, but there is an empty channel inside the grip frame where whatever it is might go

You see, when Pastebin does something fucking obviously stupid, like spending an hour to make his own cardboard targets with sharpies rather than paying Amazog 25 cents for one, you can readily dismiss him as a retard, prima facie. Pastebin is like Wimp Lo from Kung Pow, he’s very obviously dumb and wrong and can be dismissed as a meme. When the pseud cerakote 509 guy just spouts whatever Fumble Shartsman or Scott Faglinski said in their last video, it doesn’t actually add anything. In fact, that sort of action only confounds people new to handguns. It’s literally picrel. Pastebin knowingly makes these threads worse, but I’m pretty sure the 509 guy thinks he’s in the right. >>65369490You can't be that autistic about it if you aren't doubling up. I didn't double up one time and immediately knew I needed more. Shooting indoors kinda sucks bros.
>>65369490Literally had an AR blow my plugs out from the sheer reverb at an indoor range recently. Immediately got a pair of Walker Razor Slims and they're pretty comfy and give good protection. I will still double up sometimes with the plugs but the headphones are usually enough.

Anything over 140 is straight up unacceptable, but 120 is probably a wiser limit to prevent the EEEE.

I wear ear pro whenever I'm using power tools or snowblowing, I don't go to concerts but I would wear foamies if I did etc etc
>>65370624Are you putting your ear pro in correctly? Plugs should be rolled up and the other hand should come up and pull the top part of your ear up to open the canal while the other inserts.
>>65370632Wow. I don't really think about it, but. My ears are always ringing. Constantly. It's normal for me. I can actually hear very well, though

>>65370640i do have that too, sometimes tinnitus is not caused by a damaged ear cannal but by bones or some other shit going on in the brain, in rare case it can be a muscle causing it.some anons kept saying that doubling up will do the job but actually no, they are still at risk, the shockwave of each detonation from a firearm make the inner part of your ears shake and that also can cause tinnitus, now am i saying that doubling up won't do shit? no, but instead of dealing with EEEEEEEEE you'll have to deal with eeeeeeeeeee.oh and, that's my words for indoor ranges, for outdoor there's no need to double up unless your next to artillery or .50BMG and don't be concerned about the shockwaves either.
>>65371391>>65371407Very informative, thank you anons.I will double up from now on, but that does make me feel a LOT better. Someday I want to get one of those microphones to measure sounds that concern me so I can better protect my ears.I love .38 special.
>>65371344The only change I make is indoors I wear foamies under earpro, outdoors I'll go with the slightly less effective concert earplugs because usually when I'm shooting outside I need to talk to people (matches, friends on the farm, etc) and they sound better that way.

>Eurocuck seething over his own misperceptionsMany such cases!>>65372396>make it a machine gunYou must be referring to the installation of a pre-ban auto sear.>Can you imagine how expensive that would be just for the ammo? There's the option of selling the HK93 and SP-89 to purchase an SP5, a "super safety" along with 9x19 to feed it.
>>65371369Well you cant.
>>65372954This is an indicator of fucking huge problems lmao. This should not be happening in a first world manufacturing plant.
>>65373302Probably moisture related.
>>65373335Since the explosion happened at the machines, my bet is neglect in one form or another. Either: A) The operators weren't cleaning them as frequently as they should've been and let the dust build up in/around the machineryB) Dust extraction was clogged, undersized or otherwise fucked upBoth indicate that neither the managers, supervisors, or the floor guys give a fuck about maintaining a safe work environment around an EXTREMELY hazardous industrial process.Owning nu-SIG is an indicator of low intelligence and weak character.
>>65373335>>65373379>sell a gun that negligently discharges>say you're going to adjust your parts and manufacturing so it doesn't happen again>your manufacturing equipment negligently discharges
I wonder if they made a desk guy in charge of a line and operators. Ive seen that before and it never goes well.
>>65372984It's litterally because of the CEO. It's the same CEO that nearly ran kimber into the ground
>>65370523Depends, you can go for a USP 40 if you get a 1911But you're better off with a USP45
>>65367828I love my P Series but am also a big fan of Steyr so I’ll take this.
>>65373551Is it out yet?
>>65373551is that an aug?
>>65373569It's been out.
>>65372812Sellier&Bellot is my preferred ammo manufacturer. Recently found ten boxes of their 9x18 Makarov ammunition and against my better judgement, took the MFS box to the range instead. I only wish they made more powerful 10mm auto ammo, but they aren't the only ones underloading 10mm.
>>65373578We’re talking about the Steyr not that homo gun https://steyr-arms.us/firearms/handguns/
>>65373133As I had suspected you would quip.
>>65373604No one actually wants full power 10mm 1100-1200 180 gr is perfect
>troonbin only thinks 1 person calls him poor
>Cuck state that only allows you 1 handgun every 30 days>Coming up on my 30 day markSorry for the blog post, I'm just excited I can add another one to the collection.
>>65373607AREX's parent company bought Steyr and slapped the Steyr name in it so they could charge more. It's the same gun.https://www.thefirearmblog.com/blog/2024/04/24/arex-steyr-now-owned-czech-rsbc-investment-group/
u guys need to see the niggers on youtube shorts that has 10mm glocks with switcheslmaooo
>>65373610You're probably right, my Grand Power P40L qualifying attempt was atrocious,even with S&B 10mm. What's the point of owning a 10mm if it's basically .40 shitty&weak though?
>>65373609But Im not wrong
>>65373621What are you considering?
>>65373642But you are predictable.
>>65373637.40 S&W is still more powerful than 9mm and people stopped shooting it because it was harder to shoot than 9mm. 180gr 1100 FPS is still at least 100 FPS faster than .40 S&W loads Magtech 10mm is a little bit more powerful than S&B but the same price.
>>65373649Haven't tried magtech yet, but I do like fiocchi 10mm. It definitely feels like it recoils harder, but shoots much straighter. I think I convinced myself that S&B and Magtech were the same because they are both owned by CSG.
>>65373607
>>65373649>.40 S&W is still more powerful than 9mmThat amounts to a tenth of an inch greater average expansion which isn't enough of a difference to make a difference.
>>65373607Jesus Christ dawg couldn't you even look at the picture of the thing?
>>65373707The Arex is the poor people gun. The Steyr is the premium firearm
>>65373646Only because you are sadly.
>>65373649>40 S&W is still more powerful than 9mmbarely >and people stopped shooting it because it was harder to shoot than 9mmpeople stopped shooting it because it sucks. the only reason it hung around for as long as it did is because of police departments and USPSA power factor shitrunning a 2-3 round deficit out of a standard size magazine for what is essentially the same power as normal modern 9mm is just retarded
New thread >>65373821>>65373821>>65373821>>65373821>>65373821
>>65372142Naw man, this nigga has a legit "switch". I trust the guy, but f that I'm not trying to catch a federal case
>>65374021Fair, wouldn't be the first time the feds coerced an ethno separatist into an informant.
