Ditto if you bought $5,000 LTC 28590s relying on the statements they were Level IV, they are not, or the LTC 28601s being standalone XSAPI and able to stop any AP threat below .50 cal. CAPs are excellent but depends on the model. TAPs are apparently the best if you can source the proper carbon fiber ones. Being able to effectively zero out BFD against B-32 API is outstanding. In theory, a thicker "super TAP" could transfer .50 BMG AMAX or M33 capabilities.
