I went as far once as to get hormones from an informed consent clinic online. But the fear of social suicide, my family’s reactions, her changing her mind about accepting me, etc. drove me back into the closet a week later. Fast forward to four years later, I’m struggling with the feelings yet again. Her and I are still together and we have two children now, both boys. The other night we got drunk and she told me again she wouldn’t care if I “wanted to be transgender.” This sucks. What should I do?
