title basically. i'm 10 months on estrogen and have been doing aajonus' primal diet for the last two, recently past two weeks i've started eating a ton more raw unsalted cheese and vegetable juice to do the diet more completely and i'm getting more erections, sex drive is higher, and am a bit tired during the day. though maybe that last one's just cause i'm a huge shut-in, haha not sure. i don't really want to pay for a blood test right now but maybe in a month or so. but i'm somewhat paranoid that the detoxes induced by diet are targeting my exogenous estrogen as well and making it less effective. hard to find other trannies to talk about this with since primal diet is already pretty niche "pseudoscience" that usually attracts right-wingers. most people just write me off as a loon but i really think this diet could improve my health a lot, just not sure how it interacts with estrogen/progesterone (the latter of which i take too inconsistently :/) and there's zero information on this online. trying to fatmaxx also but eating so much raw meat is hard(reposting cause i forgot to write the title last time)
