first off I am a retard
second, I was on 12.5mg of cypro and 4mg buccal daily for 7ish months. came out to my parents, it didn't go well; dad got insanely pissed and threw the rest out. didn't get kicked out but still have an okay relationship, on talking terms, he found me an out through spirituality. I still have an appointment with a telehealth thing lined up so 2ish months and I am officially on it.

I am off everything for about a week now, masculine smell is coming back but not as strong, testes are still shrunk, no ejaculate not like glossy or empty but like absolutely nothing even after orgasm. Am I sterile? is my t permanently nuked? Is this a permanent change?

Nah. HRT moves where new fat will be stored, it doesn't affect existing fat, but the process of moving where fat is deposited is very slow (half a decade or more). Weight cycling gets more effective as time goes on. Time on HRT is never wasted.

I can see how that might seem like a non-sequitur, thanks for asking. I meant it as an argument against the idea that timing your dose matters so much. It's a very common worry and, for most meds, it doesn't matter.
There are many exceptions but, with most medications, if you miss a dose (e.g. you miss your AM dose and are now taking your PM dose), you don't take a "catch up" dose or anything. You just take the PM dose and keep it moving.
Just for context: When you hand out daily meds to people in your care in the US, you have to fill out a record that affirms you gave the dose at its scheduled time. Nobody's perfect, so you will inevitably open up the book one day and see that the AM dose got missed. The first question everyone has is, "Do I give them 2????". The answer is always "No, unless that med is special", you're supposed to be told about anything that differs from the SOP.

I've been very paranoid about my dosage after being switched to monotherapy w/ injections. Was taking 8mg sublingual and 100mg spiro. My endocrinologist put me on 5mg estradiol valerate every 7 days. Needle blunting isn't really a concern, it's hon science, separate draw/inject is for people using pharma HRT, which is MUCH thicker than 99% of DIY formulations.
My advice is to use fixed-needle insulin syringes with a total syringe volume as close to your injected volume as possible, do not buy 1 ml syringes to inject 0.1ml of liquid. You can use a much smaller needle, too, 25g is pretty huge for a subq injection. Specifically, I use EasyTouch® U-100-31G 0.3cc/mL, 5/16" 8mm, you can get a box of 100 on Amazon for ~$20. I was a week late on my injection and switched from cypionate to valerate. Around the day I hit peak levels I've been feeling almost high the entire day. Is this the estrogen? lots of misinfo on this. no, boiling does not reach a high enough temperature. oven sterilisation is also not feasible (no homebrewer does this). your oven =/= a lab dry heat steriliser, and the heat required would break down the oil and estradiol moleculed. you need an electric pressure cooker (such as an instantpot) which will start an automatic timer once the pot reaches temperature. 10 minutes is not sufficient, you need at least 30min. don't let the vials touch the bottom.

Is it possible to get prescribed HRT without identifying as trans? I know I see myself as a woman, and I often stay up until 4 AM crying about this stuff, but I don’t identify as trans because it’s just obviously not worth the social stigma that goes with it. I’ve thought about being an ”hrt theymab” but apparently in some countries you have to ”girlmode” (essentially just crossdress) for over a year without HRT before you can get it prescribed. You also have to legally change your name and gender and a bunch of stuff that I just refuse to do. What should I do? I need to take action soon before it’s too late. I’m 5’5 and I already take finasteride and fluoxetine which will hopefully slow down my second puberty, but unless I do something about this soon I’ll regret it for the rest of my life.

I have an eating disorder, so eating has always been a struggle for me. The times in my life I've been around people who should love but mostly just berate me, it's much much harder. You have a very real, very difficult problem there. Blood sugar has a direct effect on how much "willpower" you have, so it can be very easy to get locked into a spiral. If you have a concern, take it seriously, but do so with information, not guesses. I have a milligram scale, so I got it out to prove that you're silly. I'm using a 1ml LL syringe w/ capped 23g needle.

0.054*1.056=0.057ml remaining in the syringe. That's our worst-case-scenario, in theory.
In actuality, it doesn't work like that. There was also liquid trapped in the needle when you measured the dose, which cancels out what's left after.
The 0.1ml expelled liquid weighed 0.115g, giving a volume of 0.121. The reason we have more than expected is because a 1ml syringe is a really bad tool for measuring 0.1ml of liquid.

Don't expect your T levels to drop from bica alone, it will probably actually raise them. Monotherapy works by raising estrogen high enough that a "we have enough hormone" signal gets sent, our bodies respond to that by lowering production of the hormone.
Bica works on the other end of this equation by blocking testosterone at the receptor site itself, it basically shields the receptor from testosterone. Since the receptors, shielded by bica, aren't sending back a "we have enough" signal, your body keeps trying to make more. Bica continues to invalidate its existence.
I have no idea about dosages for bica, sorry, but we can maybe combine our ignorance and get you some help. OP image says "If not taking estradiol or if you have male levels you will need 50mg/day or more. 100-150mg/day at minimum appears to be needed to fully or nearly block 600ng/dL T".
What were your E/T levels (include the units e.g. "pg/ml")?

Regardless, be as gentle with yourself as you can. So i have just picked up my astrovials estradiol undecylate vial. Even disregarding the very yellow color, it seems to be half empty and covered in oil, and the label is all smudged from the oil. I'm almost certain it has leaked. I should email astrovials about this, right? I mean this shit cost me 95€.

Giving the benefit of the doubt and assuming this was mishandled and only started leaking during shipping, would this be safe to use at least until i can get a replacement? Keep in mind that undecylate is a monthly injection so i'd only be doing one or maybe two shots. Speaking of, how likely am i to get a free replacement? Am i just fucked?

biggest issue with the birth control injections is they will likely make you lactate and maybe stunt breast growth a bit if taken too early, also danger of a dht backdoor but you can always take small doses of finasteride for that

A drawn from vial definitely has a far higher risk for contamination than one that has not been drawn from. The biggest signs for contam afaik are discoloration or anything floating around in it. It's extremely unlikely this would work, although both are diabetes medication they are entirely different. Thiazolidinediones alter the production of fat production whereas biguanides don't do this, the only way I think of this working would be if you had both medications together to theoretically increase the effects. Some papers have highlighted this potentiality.

You're playing with fire, just like me. I hope you're prepared for the titty or keyhole surgery.
If you're stacking anti-androgens then you don't need such a high dose. CPA is killing your boners and libido.
Make the dosing more consistent so you know how much you're getting on average. You're on too much at once and swapping too often. Try dutasteride alone for 2-4 weeks and see if it affects libido. That's a good start and won't significantly alter your base hormone levels.
CPA I'm less familiar with. The internet says 10-20mg is low dose, you're already exceeding that. Try 12.5mg daily (or every other day for half dose) for at least 4 weeks. Keep your numbers consistent so you can differentiate the effects of the drugs. Check horny levels, check for puffy nipples, sensitivity, itchiness. CPA will be your "T down" button.
Bicalutamide could be 25mg every day. This is the most likely to cause titty besides E. Bicalutamide has a looong half life and takes about 8 weeks to build up. Adjust CPA dose slowly as gyno symptoms appears.
I don't even know how to put raloxifene in the mix. It wasn't effective at blocking my titties. Too much guesswork with this many drugs. Maybe duta+CPA and raloxifene if titty symptoms?
Only take E if you're getting gyno surgery or committed to gender fuckery. If you actually get gyno surgery then you can simply use bicalutamide and E, skip everything else. Take bicalutamide high dose and then increase E until libido drops.
Grnha is only good here if you can very accurately dose it. It's difficult, I don't think it's gunna work. You'll either nuke your hormones and libido completely, or make hormones jump up-and-down and get mood swings.

FR take 1 drug at a time with consistent dosage for several weeks and observe the effects. Good luck friend, I hope you craft a body you enjoy

I see that as an absolutely good thing, ever since I got low-T I was less anxious, much more calm, and don't have to deal with sexuality
I also got a bit of pleasant androgyny, I have been on this stack for one and a half of a month, and I can see a bunch of effects I wanted to get

other than that, I believe that since I'm taking a relatively high dose of CPA, my T should be nuked; generally duta would increase available E due to aromatization due to the blocked DHT pathway, and then bica would also increase E because of higher T due to blocking the receptors and making the GRnH axis more active

ralox actually worked for me in the past, but as I have been doing 240mgs, the nips got puffy because of that somehow I believe? that was before taking AAs, so I was high T, and trying out microdosing E, which I also overdo every time

this time, I was using E gel, eyeballing it, probably 1mg every day over a week, and a week later I got puffers
from the experience with ralox, if I was high T now, it would take almost two months for them to go down
I will instead keep taking AAs, high ralox dose, maybe give up on bicalutamide
dutasteride is something I got used to over a year or so, didn't really do a lot in terms of libido, or deandrogenization, probably just got my T (and as a side effect, E) a bit higher; I keep taking it to block the backdoor DHT pathway
I believe that by this point, my brain chemistry should be completely fucked, but surprisingly, I have been feeling better and better over the last week or so; sure, I might have been crying every day during the first month, but that did not differ much from how I was before taking CPA
I keep putting off doing bloods for later, which is probably not a good idea...

There are several european homebrewers, like felicitas, girlpotion or astrivials. Astro took about 2 weeks through regular post. I got cypro from bulgarian online pharmacy, shipping only took 2 days and was delivered through courier, but I live close to bulgaria so ymmv. You won't. It's theoretically possible but practically impossible. You'd need to take stupid high doses, and let alone that, you'd somehow need to tolerate a needle in your leg for the amount of fluid you'd need to put in your body to even reach levels that could be close to hazardous.

There are DIY sources that ship internally in the US, and even then, US customs don't really give a shit unless you're trying to import like actual hard drugs and shit. Also if you're in the US then check if your state has informed consent, then you'll "legally" be in possession of estrogen. I say "legally" because while estrogen requires a prescription to purchase, it's not a controlled substance meaning you're not gonna go to jail for having it outside of a prescription. No one cares and I mean that in a polite way. This is all in relation to the US though, I can't speak for any other country.

It's legally gray in my state from what I understand.
For federal law, the concrete laws are about controlled substances, and for non controlled prescription only drugs I have no idea what the legality is beyond the fact that customs can seize and destroy the import.
But for state law, it is illegal to even knowingly buy non-controlled prescription drugs from an "unauthorized" source. So if I'm understanding it correctly, it's literally illegal in my state to buy DIY from a homebrewer. I'm not sure where overseas online pharmacies fall.

Im currently on a 11mg dose of Estradiol Cypionate every 10 days and wanna get back on progesterone, preferably 100/200mg daily; should I be altering my EC dose at all?

Would there be any perceivable difference to doing subq instead of intramuscular? I was originially planning on doing intramuscular injections because they are more bioavailable, but most pharmacies near me don't have 25/23G needles.
