Yes, however not directly. I like my country and I have DIY hrt access over the counter. I study electrical and electronics engineering at the best university in Turkey but the turkish EEE jobs are mostly related to military and the military is closely related to islamist government so my job prospects doesn't look great in the field of EEE. So for that reason I want to go to USA, maybe through a joint PHD program in a university like Georgiatech or something.
