A large hot breakfast involving either chicken or beef every morning. 60g of fenugreek per day (I use concetrated caps I get from the pharmacist, but I think it's raw form might actually be better, I just can't figure out how to eat 60g of it)Etrogenic teas.Lavender soap, tea tree oil face wash, tea tree oil skin toner on chest and stomach (all three also applied to crotch liberally). Dieting healthily (no more than 1% of body weight gained or lost in a week). How much of this is honscience, how much is actually doing something, I don't know.
