Is there a surgery where they disconnect the balls and stop them from producing testosterone instead of removing them? I don't want to keep taking spiro for the rest of my life but my balls are kind of cute...

this doesn't answer your question, but since it's orchi-related, i'll quote a post i once saw about how different types of orchis may complicate your SRS options:
https://archiveofsins.com/lgbt/thread/36157080/#36158019
>there are different types of orchi and different types of srs.
>rafe line incision is important, otherwise there'll be extra scars on scrotal tissue or thighs making srs scarring more noticeable, some doctors also won't operate on patients who had non-rafe orchis
>then there's some clinics, like suporn, where they will operate on patients who've had orchis but they have to skip steps, since some methods rely on the tunica vaginalis that lines the testes, which is gone after orchi
>don't assume just cause your surgeon does things one way that every srs surgery is the same
