Basically I drank a bunch of my gf's piss and was wondering if some of the E would be transferred to me since I heard mare piss was used as HRT in the old days, but wasn't sure if her pee would work the same. I would like to know so that I know whether it's safe in the future if possible, I don't want to accidentally grow tits from drinking someone else's piss. She takes injections, since I was thinking it might matter whether she took it orally or not

It appears you are mentally unwell

hi drinking piss regularly is REALLY bad for you, the toxins in piss will kill you WELL before the estrogen content ever becomes high enough to matter

Yes, but you need to drink a lot of it, if you want the tiddies I suggest you ask your GF to pee in your mouth every day. If you don't want them I'd recommend you drink some pee from dudes regularly just in case.

I'm pretty sure pee is completely sterile, assuming the person peeing is in good health. But no, I don't think it'll make you grow breasts. I don't have any reason to think it would.
