help please i am trying to get big but the problem is my hands and wrists are really3 small and it hurts when i lift heavy weights or my grip strength is not enough to hold weights. for example i can squat more than 30lbs but i am unable to hold it in my hands. i can bench more than 20lbs but it hurts my palm. i posted this in /fit/ but they said it was a "twink bait thread"
