Hi hrt nerds o/For starting off is it better to do oral or sublingual estradiol?Ive heard that sublingual works faster but oral is better for breast development because it increases estroneThe guide images dont really make this clear imoAny advice for starting off would be appreciated <3

>>36379171you can go straight to sublingual, no need to start on oral first or anything. from what i loosely remember, swallowing the pills has less bioavailability and also has to pass through the liver first.doing sublingual is just more efficient so that you get the most out of your pills, no?
