I can't make assumptions about anyone any more. Some people have a rich inner world and some people just don't. Who knows what this person's mind and emotions and motives are like. I'll never know them. Maybe she's happier like this than how she was and maybe she went through some near death shit and decided "Might aswell troon with the time I've got left" and maybe she feels horrible about how she looks, or maybe she takes joy in the changes she did end up with. Or maybe she's just a fucking nut case. And there's so many of degrees in between and combinations there of that it could be. Anyway anon.
