This is about mtf trooning after puberty if it wasn't obvious. Is it possible to sing like a woman without sounding increeibly falsed or strained? How do you even train for it? Are there any half-decent results?

The people at transvoicelessons on youtube seem to have lessons you can book. I'm going to take some and see how it goes? I'd love to

I'd like to be able to sing in a pretty voice.

voice training is very possible for speaking so theoretically singing could be as well. If anything that level of vocal control would make your girl voice even better.

I feel like the most feminine part of my voice is the bottom of my falsetto and I use it to attempt stuff like this, although I am not a transitioner.

From what I remembered tvl only does lessons for speaking. Good luck though

I don't think it's that simple given that men and women have very different ranges and I'm a baritone so can't even reach half the notes women can

here, i’m going to link an old recording from a vocaroo thread a while ago. i used to sing bass in choir. my self-assessment of my voice is that i sound “trans” but i sound feminine enough that i am comfortable with it? i understand that i am rapping & not necessarily singing but when i am singing i have the same crutches, staying in a really narrow pitch window and relying on vocal fry & breathiness & stuff to not want to kms when i hear the recording.

i’m sharing because i think that what i’ve done with my voice is possible for everyone, regardless of how deep your voice was pretransition. if you’re lucky you’ll get to sing like ethel cain.

wow that sounds actually pretty good. if you keep practicing tou might reach a point where you don't need the cruches. how did you practice to get to this point? my discord is aj_in_hell if you want to move to there
