What can I fucking do to get a passable voice without surgery or coaches (I have no income and no money whatsoever) when practicing on my own, following guides, experimenting in the microphone, and doing everything I can has gotten me literally fucking nowhere?

I do not know how to physically change my pitch, weight, and resonance (the things every guide specifically mentions) into a combination that is in the female range. I do not know the physical action my body has to perform to do this.
