hi, if anyone here has had BA i have a really weird question
so essentially, i have been on estrogen for like 3-4 years, and just started prog (should have started way sooner) and the only sensitive part of my chest is like, the weird hard breast bud things underneath my nipples, not the actual nipples themselves. im not sure if this is normal, and i was wondering if i got breast augmentation, if the surgery would essentially cut them in half/destroy the breast buds, thus leaving me with no sensitivity there or anything. my chest is literally my favorite place to be touched during sex so i dont really want to risk like, having zero feeling in my chest if the surgeon goes under the muscle or something. please let me know if this is a dumb question or whatever the fuck idk
