what can I do to look more like a woman, like what should I wear I have trouble finding things I like

If it is, if you're born a woman you'll just be crying about not being a man. You just hate yourself and this is a way of distracting yourself from actually improving yourself.

And it's hard to imagine a God rewarding you for rejecting what you were created as. So I wouldn't hope reincarnation was real.
