I have been on HRT for 8 years, starting at 19.
I never even reached AA cups from hormones. I tried pills, injections, progesterone, everything.
I still look like a man and get misgendered even if I wear makeup and a dress.
This is because I have extremely unfortunate masculine facial structure. It's simply unlucky genetics.

I cannot afford BA or FFS.
I did pay privately for extensive laser hair removal on my face and body.
After about 3 or 4 years my facial and body hair came back.
I got another round of laser. My hair has since come back again, much quicker than before, and I now have to shave at least daily again.

I got free Euro state funded SRS about a year after starting transition, because it was the only way I would ever afford it. I wasn't informed that I had alternative options such as am orchie available on national healthcare until right before the operation.

I was told if I didn't get surgery as soon as it was offered, I'd be discharged from the trans healthcare services and would have to go private or wait half a decade or more to be referred through the system from the start again.

The results of my SRS were mediocre, standard penile inversion technique. Functional but not pretty. It did greatly alleviate my bottom dysphoria at least.

The issue is however, I developed major 24/7 chronic pain in my groin starting after surgery and now I also need to piss about 20-100 times a day.

Symptoms didn't start immediately after surgery either, I don't know why it took some time to appear. I'm talking like a couple years for symptoms to fully develop, and I've had them ever since.

Every health service in this country just keeps tossing my case around to each other, refusing to see me themselves and saying I need help from a different department and I'm not their issue.
Now I finally got a referral to a specialist who said they'll see me but they never got back to me, so I have again try to chase after them again.
I've spent over 2 years trying to get healthcare for this problem and have been denied any pain relief before I seen by the specialists.

I don't want pity I just someone to acknowledge my situation and maybe give me some advice on reasons I should keep living in this state.
I don't honestly know if life can get better anymore.

Thanks for reading and I hope I didn't make you too depressed or put you off SRS.
Chances of ending up in my situation as a trans person is 1 in 1000.
I just happened to roll a 1 on the die too often.
