As a cis gay top, how can I find someone like this? A femme presenting bottom boyfriend who wears girl clothes and maybe takes some hormones, but IS NOT trans. Just a very girly boy who uses male pronouns and knows he's a boy and doesn't have any dysphoria or any other mental illnesses.

You won't find anyone that takes hormones and doesn't have gender dysphoria. There are people that don't want you to use female pronouns and that call themselves a man but they'll act like a girl and want you to treat them like one in the relationship, and they will be mentally ill
