I'm dirtpoor from dirtpoor country and I've been saving up for buying my first dose of hrt ( enthanate from otonoko) Should I save up more to buy an antiandrogen? Or am I better off starting earlier with just mono? Please help consider that saving up for an antiandrogen could take me 4 months and my current plan is to do mono either way, the antiandrogen would be be just for the first 2 months
>>
>>37189911
Opinion on prog ? I need to horny up and fast. Seen it was quite expensive
>>
>>37190078
mono
antiandrogen only if you still have acne/balding (if it was aggressive and early onset, you should consider it necessary). only spironolactone (androgen receptor antagonist, at least 100 mg), dexamethasone (synthetic cortisol, strongly suppresses adrenal androgens, low dose 0.25-0.5 mg) or bicalutamide (androgen receptor antagonist, shouldn't need more than 25 mg, based on flutamide studies and comparison of potency in prostate cancer it's possible even 10 mg would suffice) in worse cases would work if mono isn't enough. cypro or GnRH agonists would be useless as they only suppress gonadal testosterone like high dose estradiol, cypro in androgen antagonist doses is expensive and causes brain tumors.

It increased my DHT even while taking Duta, i wish i could take it
>>
two things
a) does anyone know a decent place to source lobeglitazone raws? I want to start a TZD and from what I can tell, if I can get lobe it will be safer than pio
b) does anyone have any experience/research with aromatase induction? I saw some interesting stuff from someone in a discord about berberine+minoxidil and some other stuff but they left without a trace. I've been on high dose E2 for like 3-4 years and although it's worked and I pass and everything my tit growth stalled ages ago so I want to try bringing E2 levels down and allowing LH/FSH production to start up again and then just block the androgens with bica and dutasteride
>>37190528
prog goes crazy, it was the only thing to bring my libido back but it brought it back in a female way somehow. it makes me feel better when I'm on it and I think it does something good to the way my face looks too. general wisdom is to let your tits develop somewhat before you start it, just in case the theory that it stops/finalises breast duct development is true. and boof it.
>>
>>37190932
Thanks ! where to get it cheapest or do I just check diyhrt cafe ?
boobs are a solid B-C, don't specifically want them bigger ^^ Thanks :D
>>
>>37191073
yeah that site is fine, the cheapest there is dragon ordnance but the shipping fee was v high last time I looked. if you're happy buying from russia (siberia somewhere) there's a site called otc-online-store com that I've used for years that do iprozhin at that same lowest price and the shipping fee is lower (to europe at least, if you're in the US it might be more so disregard). pragisan (the other brand on there) isn't as good ime. oh and most prog capsules use peanut oil to suspend the prog so if you're allergic you might have to find another ROA
>>
>>37190932
I was the anon who mentioned lobeglitazone do NOT listen to me i am retarded
A much smarter medfag said pio is better at the ppary shit so listen to them, lobeglitazone is “safer” but pio is also safe if used correctly (exercise to avoid edema)
>>37190528
You can try higher estrogen levels, doing that made my brain work better overall. Improved mood, cognition, and that led to less depression and a higher libido.
>>
>>37190932
>I want to start a TZD and from what I can tell, if I can get lobe it will be safer than pio
no, it won't be
the only advantage is that it requires smaller doses so you waste less powder
>>
>>37191172
No alergies, though can Iprozhin be boofed ? >>37191205
Doing mono undecylate, dosage is pretty hard to narrow down but erection are only caused by my GF, not even my fav porn comic (welcometoheaven on reddit) but I digress. Don't think my T is getting back up but I'm also diying since 4 months ago so still figuring it out.
>>
>>37191205
>>37191206
thanks a lot, pio seems to be easier to come by too which is a bonus
>>37191293
yeah boofing is fine. capsules are sort of ovoid shape instead of spherical like utrogestan
>>
>>37189911
ive been on hrt (monotherapy injections) for 2 months and my stuff is sometimes slightly white and sometimes clear, I’m unable to get blood tests. Is this okay at this point or is it a sign my testosterone isn’t being suppressed effectively?
I’ve gotten other effects from it that shows it’s working at least
>>
>>37191570
It can be inconsistent in the beginning but can you share your injection amounts ? The fact that its already getting clearer is rather a good sign imo
>>
>>37191677
Thank you sm that’s very reassuring
I’ve been doing about 7mg of estradiol cypionate every 7 days
>>
>>37191293
Could be too high of levels, that will also kill libido
Theres a sweet spot from my experience, for me i believe its between 250-300pg/ml but im sure it differs based on genetic factors.
>>
>>37191727
Actually could be too high, 7mg EC, especially so early. Consider checking your levels ASAP
>>37191764
Yeah, basically what I've been aiming for but I don't do my bloodtests lmao. TBF my libido has been dead for like 2 years with levels variating from 100 to wherever the fuck I am rn
>>
>>37189911
Anyone have any experience with topical E3 (estriol) to the breast? I've been seeing stuff lately about how some ppl with fucked up er genes with shit breast growth using it and having decent results.

Does anyone have experience with DIYing in Spain?

I got prescribed spiro 3 months ago (50mg) and had my blood taken and my T was at 253ng/dl. I went back for a follow up on friday and now my T is as 563ng/dl. Does anybody know what the fuck could even be possibly going on? Like I know it's not a lot of spiro, but even if I was taking none, I wouldn't expect that shit to double.
>>
hi guys... wanna start pio but kinda short on funds, would 7.5mg daily be a reasonable dose? & do you have any preferred sources pricewise? thank you
>>
>>37193334
spiro doesn't lower T, it antagonizes androgen receptor, insufficiently for such high testosterone levels (50 mg works for acne in females only in a small minority of women while a very low flutamide dose 62.5 mg, equivalent to around 4 mg of bicalutamide, works for all; spironolactone 100 mg works for acne, hirsutism etc. and is suitable for like 100 ng/dL, not male levels)
increase estrogen dose
>>
>>37193401
7.5 mg has almost the same adiponectin increase and retains antidiabetic effectiveness but there's barely any weight increase. idk if it's enough. studies on rodents show that inducing modest physiological range elevation of adiponectin, resembling that with glitazones, completely rescues insulin resistance in response to high fat diet and the intraabdominal fat pad resembles that of normal lean rodents while subcutaneous fat massively enlarges. the same was achieved with a PPARγ agonist 2-(2-(4-phenoxy-2-propylphenoxy)ethyl)indole-5-acetic acid. in young obese women, adiponectin is inversely correlated with waist-to-hip ratio. does pioglitazone increase adipogenesis specifically to satisfy the needs for fat storage during overfeeding apart from just increasing it passively at a slower pace long-term? idk.

I'm trying to figure out how to get started diy most effectively. I don't have access to blood tests right now, so I want to do mono because it's safer due to high estrogen not being an issue.

My understanding is that it's impractical to do mono with anything other than injections or transdermal, but I'm having issues figuring out how to source it. All the gels seem to come in the tubes, and my understanding is that you can't really tell how much you're applying, unless there's a trick to it that I'm unaware of. Patches are really expensive and usually are out of stock, so that's kind of out of the window. Injections seem most economical and cheap, but I can't find a good way to buy vials. There are a few amps that include progesterone, but I'm unsure whether those are a good option or not.
>>
I've been on various types of HRT throughout 10 years. From lowest dosages like 2mg of oral, to like 8 gel daily. It is still shit, I don't take injections for example. Boobs stalled for years, but great hip and waist development since I started pretty early.
But the only thing that really made me feel myself like a woman is boofing prog. Not only it makes me horny in a female way, but orgasms are also becoming tidal and can last a lot longer. On top of that I moved a cups to b. Still a booblet, yet I am happy.
Boof prog but do not forget bica and dutasteride.
>>
>>37195810
you sound gross & reddit. also
>dutasteride
>>
>>37195786
>I want to do mono because it's safer due to high estrogen not being an issue
??
i would say mono is very much less "safe" when you don't have access to blood tests--you can't tell if your gonadal T is being suppressed & you don't have a second line of defense against it
what country are you in? vials shouldn't be hard to source
>>
>>37195968
>i would say mono is very much less "safe"
I'm more concerned about the possibility of liver toxicity associated with anti androgens, although I doubt the possibility is very high.
>you can't tell if your gonadal T is being suppressed
I've seen sources that claim that instead of trying to sweet spot E levels to a target range, you just take a higher than necessary dose to ensure suppression because there is no increased risk associated with higher than average E levels.
>what country are you in?
In the southern united states currently living with parents who would absolutely not be against it. If vials aren't hard to source, I'd appreciate being directed where to look. The sources listed at the top of this thread and hrt coffee did not seem to have the appropriate type, as far as I could tell.
>>
>>37196124
high doses of E can cause blood clots &c. wanton dosing is not safer than bical, unless i guess you have a preexisting condition or family history of liver problems. too-high E can also negatively impact breast development. ican't give specific sources bc i haven't used graymarket sources for E in years but if there's really nothing here or on hrt.coffee you can check the sources on diyhrt.cafe or transdiy's wiki. also maybe you have a reason not to do this but if i were an adult in the US i'd just go planned parenthood or another informed consent route similar
>>
>>37196194
I was trying to do hrt cafe instead of diyhrt cafe when looking at sites, so I hadn't checked that one out before. There are sources there that would have what I'm looking for, so that aspect of it is solved, I guess.
>i'd just go to planned parenthood or another informed consent route similar
I would absolutely just go the informed consent route, but there are some issues. I live far away from the nearest place that does informed consent. It's not so far that it's impossible to go, but it's far enough that I couldn't go there without drawing attention, as I don't even leave the house most of the time. I'm also not sure how costs are. If you need insurance, I would imagine that use of it would end up being disclosed to my parents in some fashion. There's still a fairly high chance that I won't try to start until I'm able to find a job and move out, as that would make things significantly easier and not require the diy route. I mostly want to have figured out a source in the case that whatever happens in my job search ends up with me still living at home for a while, in which case I don't want to waste any more of the years I have left to maybe not be a gigahon. I really wish I had ordered this stuff before I graduated college, but I was too busy trying out stuff that didn't work.
>>
>>37196384
start going places nonny it's good for you. in your last post you said your parents wouldn't be against it, i assume that was a typo? i don't have insurance & an appointment is like a few hundred bucks once every sixish months. not great but bearable. private practice not pp. goodluck in anycase
>>
>>37196438
Yeah that was a typo, meant to say would be against it. Going places is kinda awkward because I live in the middle of nowhere, but taking a 1.5 hour one way trip would definitely be questionable, as I don't have friends living where I would need to go, so no real way to get around it. If I ever got a job interview over there, I could maybe find a way to stop by, but it's a big ask. So no insurance for appointments is a couple hundred, but what are they charging for no insurance hrt?
>>
>>37196967
i pay probably 20 bucks for a month of bica & 100 for 5 months of e but i'm in AK so everything's spendier
>>
>>37197006
I see. I'll just have to do what I can based on what I find out my situation will be in the coming weeks/months. Thanks for the info.
>>
>>37190078
buy from anyone aside from otk they're shit, also you don't need an AA
>>37190528
minimal effects but fun party drug
>>37190932
get pio, lobe is unstudied for the purpose you want to use it for an likely will not produce the same results due to a different pattern of PPAR activation
>someone in a discord about berberine+minoxidil and some other stuff
they were genuinely schizo, just do normal hrt
>>37191570
at 2 months on EEn mono ur T is only barely beginning to get suppressed, you're probably fine
>>37192864
breast cancer speedrun or no effects
>>37193028
just order from an EU homebrewer and ur chilling
>>37193334
LMAOOOOO
ok sorry for laughing at you but ur doc is literally retarded and you should kill them, i wrote a post about this, check it out, not sure why it doubled tho thats lowkey kinda weird, are you on E?
https://grayoasis.com/post/4
>>37193401
no, prob gotta take at least 15mg. all the studies i cite in the guide use 30mg tho so aim for that if you can
>>37195786
wym you cant find a good way to buy vials, Silvermaple and Astrovials ship internationally and there's local suppliers for both EU and US
>>37196194
high can;t "cause" blood clots, it marginally increases the risk of them. its much safer than using an AA that can fuck up your liver or give you a brain tumor without monitoring
>>
>>37189911
how do you get hrt delivered to you without just leaving it on your doorstep. I'm a NEET and I don't want my parents to find it.
>>
Anyone know what happend/is going on with vannapharma? Last I heard they became a target of uk medical regulators of some description.
>>
>>37189911
I have been taking hrt for 3 years and have never had a blood test
