Whats important to know is most libertarians believe in goverment reduction, not total removal of goverment. The general goal is simplifying it down to the bare essentials a goverment should offer and to infringe upon as few individual rights as possible. Also the dismantling of IP and patent laws is in my opinion a very misunderstood aspect of Hoppean economics, as most monopolies that make medication expensive only exist because of them. I envision a world where people can buy gas station estrogen pills based on drug patents from Pfizer and can openly sell drugs from thier homes. To me libertarianism has always made the most sense for lgbt to support compared to other popular political ideologies.
