i was born with hypospadias so i had several surgeries on my genitals as a very young child, and when i was like 10 i would sometimes fantasize that the hypospadias thing was a lie and i was actually born female with a vagina and that my perineum was actually stitch marks from when my vagina was closed up

No but I used tape my genitals between my legs as a kid before I went to bed because I would it would make it turn into a vagina
>>37306983my mom told me once i had some kind of abdominal surgery she didn't know the details of (that when i was little i just told her i'd had "tummy surgery") and when i asked my dad about it he said it never happenedi still have no idea what that actually was but for years i was coping convincing myself i was intersex and it was a secret hysterectomy lol
