>>37308075you can't get smaller shoulders on a skeletal level but using pioglitizone + HRT to redistribute fat and squats + HRT to redistribute muscle should he able to take some fat and muscle off of your shoulders, making them look slightly smaller, while also making your hips, thighs, and buttox relatively larger making your shoulders seem a little smaller in comparison but you will always have a male bone structure. im not saying you can't transition. just have realistic expectations. sitting on your ass and injecting estrogen is NOT enough to suddenly turn into a beautiful woman. but if you ALSO exercise, diet, check your levels, voice train, moisturize, cleanse, wear sunscreen, go to a salon, get your eyebrows done, get laser, and get electrolysis then maybe you'll look like a normal woman with some masculine features if you're lucky. and even then you might need plastic surgery to pass as cis
