PMCs aren’t hiring random trannies. These guys only hire old ass infantrymen with combat experience from shit like Afghan/Iraq or Operators.
Fighting is a way of life for these guys.
To be in their shoes, you can’t be a mentally ill failed male in the first place.

Sorry, tranny. PMCS aren’t hiring sissies

PMCs want experienced and trained men. They don't need to worry about conforming to diversity quotas so you immediately see the reality of masculine men, haggered experienced men, people with nerves of steel, etc. being in there.

Except when SHTF and you get desperate like Russia is now and then frankly they'll tell you that you can go in wearing clown shoes and a tutu if it got you to sign on a piece of paper and to hold a rifle.

You can get into a lot of mainstream militaries on HRT though, this is a thing for sure. You'd really want to get that mainstream experience to be able to approach the PMCs after you finish your contract anyway. If you've got four or more years of training in a recognized military force, maybe even specialist training, then you'd have a genuine shot in many PMCs and "security" companies around the globe at least as a newb. If you got really good OR really specialist abilities that were in high demand then they'd probably turn a blind eye to anything. Like if you were a top medic or technician, etc. The upside of PMCs is that MONEY and TALENT are what matters. They won't care if you are a flamer if you can do the job and the company makes money.
