Rosemary is going to do jack shit. Microneedling is also NOT approved or proven, same as rosemary oil. There isn't even a set protocol for it yet when people do keep suggesting it. Tool type? Needle length? Depth? Pressure? Frequency? Holes per sq cm? Same for every human? Long term risks for infection or scarring? None of this has been worked out at all. You are fully in the realm of psuedo-science and bro-science. You're going to end up dangling talismans around your neck next.
