I grew up in the middle of nowhere in Russia, a small town, I saw what this shit looked like firsthand. I was passing by these places on my way to school ever day, I saw many of them burn with people inside. And many of my classmates were huffing glue and petrol. Bigger cities like Moscow are unironically better in terms of drugs and they moved away from IV/IM stuff, but it's everywhere in smaller towns.
