So you can get a figure closer to 7/100K.Point (2) is not. The same principle should qualify the general population and the carcerary population. If you restrict who can be considered a "real trans woman" in prison, you need to do it in real life as well, and then the total MTF population in the UK will also decrease in number. Not to mention that the debate is exactly useful due to the concerns that malicious actors might identify as trans exclusively in order to get access to women's spaces and commit sex crimes, so that point doesn't really help.Point (3) isn't difficult to believe, but needs backing. I'm not aware of any research observing disparities in that sense.
