i do boring comics that are almost entirely metaphors for my gender issues, but which are so abstracted and euphemistic that it just reads as deeply straight art about boring shit. it doesn't help that i've excised any notion of sex from my work entirely while the current style in lgbtq art is to be very open about it. i'm not prudish, i'm just mentally ill.

i keep my work private because it allows me to entertain delusions of grandeur over the quality of work which, empirically, matches the artistic abilities for a 13 year old on deviantart with the pretentiousness of a renowned french philosopher in his native tongue.

i am primarily a writer, though i am also a musician, and i illustrate as well ^^ just started a new black metal/dungeon synth project incorporating all of my aforementioned talents wooo

I've been a performance poet in my city's (fairly large) open mic scene for a little less than two years now. I even have a book! Most of my work is comedic, I'm sort of like standup comedy meets poetry meets a sermon. It brings me an amazing amount of pleasure and joy to write, druglike.

I might share a little one if anyone's interested but I'm nervous about AI eating it.

Oh and I sing! Been practicing about ten years. I don't feel I'm ready to perform yet but everyone who hears me sing says I have a nice voice.

You should! It's a really cheap hobby to get into. I harvest my mosses from around town and source my substrate from my back yard, use plastic ziplock bags for the filter between the substrate and rock (which I get for free from a local gravel business, they don't give a shit about some hippie wanting 3lbs of rock when they sell it by the cubic yard). As for the glass, you can pick up something from an arts n crafts store for cheap too.
