I'm a cishet dude (not a chaser, I come here for other reasons) and I think you're too self critical. Your pics look fine. You look on the attractive side of normal.
Therapy never worked for me, I take pills to feel (mostly) normal. The only therapy I believe in is talking to people with similar experiences in a positive, supportive environment. Also get some good cardio exercise, it will elevate your mood in the short term and improved blood flow to the brain will help you long term.
