For my first 3 months I got hondosed by a theyfab who implied I was lying about being cripplingly dysphoric because I didn't walk in looking like a crossdresser and gave me the choice between 2mg E and spiro but not both until my 3 month followup. As soon as the next doctor upped my dose to 6mg a day taken sublingually I stopped making cum within days. Planned Parenthood is better than nothing I guess but I wish they'd teach their doctors more than the bare minimum WPATH standards, for example what a subcutaneous injection is.
