I mean really the only meaningful differences between a clitoris and a penis is the size of it and whether you pee out of it or not.

There's all sorts of intersex conditions that result in ambiguous genitals. Fundamentally the tissue making up the clitoris and the penis head is the same

I was born with a micropenis with pretty bad hypospadias and non functioning testes
The doctors 'repaired it' which fucked up a lot of the feeling in it too
And I feel pretty certain that really contributed to me transitioning to woman later in life
In actuality it was because I "felt like a woman" but that's a meaningless abstract emotion
Idk I've definitley felt permanently emasculated and like I'm not biologically male in any meaningful way
I know realistically I was more biologically male than female since I had an xy instead of xx and a literal penis
But I can never penetrative or ejaculate or make testosterone naturally
