If you mean what would I do if I was suddenly a woman, I don't think I'd change my sexuality or attempt to transition. Of course you will gain different experiences and memories over time... But I've already done this and ended up being the opposite gender anyway. If I woke up tomorrow as the opposite sex, I would still be me as the opposite sex. My gender identity and sexuality orientation wouldn't change.
