You don't just want to look like a woman, you want to look like a pretty one because ugly women are men right? Also you not only want to look indistinguishible from a real woman, you also want everyone to see you as one. Your success in transitioning is not about how you feel about yourself but also how others feek about you.To add insult to injury, you'll all austistically hyperfocus through an unhealthy amount of scrutiny on small details because a woman is only a woman if she's pretty, right?AND THEN YOU WONDER WHY YOUR TRANSITION FAILEDLEAVE THIS PLACE
For me I think the goals are separate. I want to look like a woman cause that's what matches my internal experience and I prefer when people perceive me as one. I also want to be pretty, because being pretty is nice! I think most women want to be pretty, it's not unusual or unique to trans women. I do agree though that sometimes people conflate the two, but I think it's normal to want both

>>38586262>Your success in transitioning is not about how you feel about yourself but also how others feek about you.Gender is a social construct. It sucks, but in order to transition you need the consent/participation of those around you. Otherwise, you're just a guy playing pretend.
