A friend of mine recently came out as trans mtf but I don't see them passing ever. They are in their 30s also so not sure if HRT can do anything this late. Like I could see them sitting at that table in that one meme pic with all the speedrunning trannies that epically fail at passing. Anyone been in this situation have any advice? I fully support trannies that pass but I'm not sure what to think of trannies that do not pass, that is my stance. Does this make me a troll or a bad person? I don't know what to think. I feel like my friend is in for a world of pain or whatever people who don't pass well will have to go through.

>30
I've known trans people who transitioned at 30 and pass
>le speedrunner pol meme
Yeah probably stay miles away from her, her life will be hard enough without weirdos like you around
Genuinely strange thing to know or talk about

She shouldn't have to orient her entire life around looking good for other people instead of doing what she wants

just try to be humble with some grace and support them

>not people who don't
This is basically how the overwhelming majority of people work. It's a little shitty but not much to do about it. If your friend gets very genetically lucky, in anywhere from 7mo to a year or two, they could end up totally passing.

fuck her anal

in real life?

I’ve still never heard an argument that makes sense for how transitioning but not-passing would ever improve your life. You get 0 social benefits or treatments, you don’t see a girl when you look in the mirror, you see someone who can’t dress well and looks bad. In a vacuum absent of others gender doesn’t exist, you’re only the sum of your components. But when you can’t pass then you’re just in an eternal vacuum.

u can be pretty and still not pass. i never understood yalls argument either so its ok lol

You can not pass and still look decent
Not all non passers are weird cringe hon. There are plenty of beautiful women who clearly used to be men. I think those are more based than pathetic reppers and likely feel less dysphoria than they would have otherwise.

The "you can be pretty and not pass" angle is what people go for like the other anon said. There's almost always a way to improve your body enough to get social acceptance, especially when you put clear effort into your appearance. Effort is respected, as much as trans women get any respect.

effort can't make a true neverpasser pass, only make them look like a hon. you have to be a luckshit to some extent to even be to able get to the point where you can put in effort without being seen as a joke at best and a hate crime statistic at worst
