i have a very femme body, im starting injections in a month, im also starting laser in a week and have a pssing voice. however, i have a vicerally disgustingly male face that kills and chance i have of passing and it doesnt get much better with makeup, at least with what i can do. is there anything i could do to pss without a total rebuild of my face with ffs? picrel is the best i ever look without makeup
you're not going to pass without ffs, but you'll be pretty afterward

Facelift, necklift, philtrum/speculum reduction, MAYBE a hairline reposition. Probably a nosejob too, but that's to make me pretty not to make me femme. You need to give a proper 6 months and git gud at hair and makeup before you can properly assess. Though I do think your chin is going to be a problem.
