are there any surgeries or things you can do to reduce the length and emptiness of the midface? i have heard that stuff like a higher cranial top or maybe some eyeshadow/eyebrow shapingmy face is very long and narrow though so anything that makes it look even longer kind of sucks, i know it's not really possible to take a chunk out of the skull and put it back together to make it the correct size so im just wondering if there's anything that can be done to make me look normal since id like to not get made fun of by passoids so much

>>38591233only things that can reduce the actual length of the midface is le fort and you're not going to get a huge amount taken off even if you find someone who will do it, Lip lift can also help but desu both of these will only reduce the length by a few mm's so depending how bad it is, might not be enough.
