trying to figure out what works for me. started asking doctors about joint issues i was having that seemed unusual since i'm skinny and still fairly young, turns out i'm hypermobile. maybe not quite EDS level but idk. trying to figure out what exactly will work for me without making things worse, apparently you're not supposed to stretch, do yoga or cardio if you have this...
