>>38595349have you tried numbing creams or ice numbing yet? i have a really bad fear of injections too and kinda still do, but i realized its mainly expecting that first hit of pain that would keep scaring me into inaction. numbing the area first at least makes that entry pain either bearable enough to keep pushing onwards or sometimes even non-existent that i don't even realize i already have the needle halfway in. now i can do my shots on-time consistently thanks to it. highly recommend giving it a try to see if it works out for you fren.
>>38595547just adding cuz i forgot to mention it. for ice numbing i just have one of those refreezable ice bricks i toss into the freezer (cuz ice on its own will just melt on your skin fast lol)as for numbing cream, i use lidocaine cream which is what i use when i'm away from home and don't have access to a freezer
