It's about a Canadian soldier who arrives in a small Dutch town after the German withdrawal in 1945 with the rest of the army and while the town is celebrating and the rest of the soldiers are picking up girls, he notices a handsome 12-year-old boy (the soldier was 20) and makes him fall in love with him in a tender way by dancing in the old-fashioned way with him.I won't reveal the rest of the movie, but it is very romantic with the boy and there is a sex scene between the two.(the ending is very emotional)I missed out on teenage love and couldn't have my cute little shota boyfriend to brighten my life...Movies like these are my way of coping
