>>38606584yes, there study where this higher absorption thing was originally found in also tested applying it on breast tissue, which caused an increase in breast cancer incidence. putting it on scrotal tissue wasn't found to increase risk of testicular cancer, which makes sense if you think about it, the reason estrogen increases breast cancer is *probably* because it increases breast tissue growth and thust also cancerous breast tissue growth, but it doesn't have that effect on the testicles or prostate.
